Proper diet, regular exercise, stress-free environment, healthy food... the list goes on about having a healthy lifestyle. Here are Boiling Fry Cook's top reasons why to become healthy:


1. TO AVOID INJURY & DISEASE

Having a healthy lifestyle makes your body strong, thus the chances of  having illness because of weak body is lower. When you take good care of your body, it becomes more flexible, & the muscles & bones becomes stronger preventing the risks of illnesses associated with ageing.

2. TO HAVE MORE ENERGY

To be energetic means being active in your everyday living, & being active makes you feel literally younger & more alive. Not only does it feel good but if you have more energy, you can do more.
