Actual Footage of Police officer Jonel Nuezca shooting two human beings

  On December 20, 2020 in  Paniqui, Tarlac - Philippines.. Tension sparked between Jonel Nuezca and Elisha Nuezca, his daughter, against mother and son Sonya Gregorio(52) and Frank Anthony Gregorio(25). With his mother's arms tightly wrapped around him (Frank), the off-duty cop(Nuezca) carrying his gun, whilst not in uniform, shot both in the head making sure they don't survive. Two bullets for each person, execution - style. 

They have history of quarrel before but netizens and social media comments say is it reason enough to take those lives? They were not even criminals to start with.

Nuezca surrendered to local police precint afterwards admitting to have committed the crime.

Missing My Childhood

Today is Friday 26th of August 2016 and i am now in my mid 30's.

These past few days i have been thinking a lot about my childhood. Where i can be anyone i want to be, when the world is bigger and brighter and having those adventures with an energy that never seem to stagger... i missed those days.

As i watch my kids play in the floor i realised that i was once too a child. A kid who knows no limit, worrying about nothing but playing. Those long days of summer when there's no school, ah yes... 'vacation is due what am i gonna do?' I was the superhero, the captain of my ship, the strongest & fastest of them all. 

'Mama are you serious? vegetable kills children, why can't we have fried chicken, or spaghetti or ice cream all the time? I want to stay up late at night, or jump in my bed, or wear my shoes in bed. I want to stay with grandma. Please don't listen to my brother, he always lie. Birthday parties yay. 2 sleeps more and it's my favourite TV show. President who? I always love that swing, and the slide too, but not the see saw.' Bikes, balls, trees, scars, and kid fights i miss you.. where are you now?

I just woke up one day and i am a grownup! Where did the rest of my years go? I want my childhood back. I want to re-live that moment where i am infallible, where i didn't know what a problem is, or what grownup men do in their ill God-forsaken lives. I want it all back, the innocence and the happy world i used to live in.

Paano Mababawasan ang Stress? 8 steps


BAWASAN ANG STRESS SA IYONG BUHAY!



  1. Iwasan ang mga taong hindi nagpapasaya sa 'yo. Kung ang lagi mong nakakasama ay walang ginawa kundi mang asar, lalo lang silang makakadagdag sa iyong problema. Humanap ka na ng ibang taong may saysay ang sinasabe, someone who really cares di ba.
  2. Pagtuunan ng pansin kung ano ang meron ka, hindi yung wala ka. Huwag kang manood ng TV. Sa laki ng ginagastos ng mga nag-eendorso ng kani kanilang mga produkto, tyak na mahuhumaling ang mga mamimili. HUWAG kang magpadikta sa sinasabi ng mga patalastas! Ikaw ang masusunod sa buhay mo.
  3. Hwag Mashadong Pagkaisipin Ang Mga Bagay Na Hindi Pa Nagngyayari. Walang sinoman ang nakakaalam ng future. Subukan mong mabuhay para sa ngayon, ang bukas ay hindi pa nagaganap at marami pa ang pwedeng mangyari. Lalo ka lang tatanda at hihina dahil sa kakaisip. 
  4. Mabuhay ka! Huwag mong tignan ang buhay ng ibang tao. May sarili kang adventure! Maaari kang magkamali, madapa, masaktan at matalo sa kung saan, Pero that is the joy of being human! Hwag kang stupid para husgahan ang buhay ng ibang tao - wala rin silang pakealam sa yo. Hinihintay ka lang nilang magkamale, so what?! Hayaan mong maranasan ang kabuuan ng pagiging tao. Mabuhay ka!
  5. Tigilan mo ang problema ng iba. Kahit isang beses lang.. Hwag mong mashadong pagkaisipin ang problema ng iba. Responsibilidad nila ay hwag mong akuin. Magandang maging pagpapala sa iba pero Hindi sa lahat ng oras ay makikisawsaw ka sa problema ng iba. May mga bagay na sadyang nangyayari upang tayo ay matuto. Kung tumulong ka, magtagumpay o mabigo ka man, ok lang. May buhay ka rin na tinatahak. Siguro panahon na para matuto sila na malutas ang sarili nilang problema diba? Marami kang problema at sinusubukan mong solusyonan lahat, pero kung hindi mo kaya... pray to God.  
  6. Move On din, kapag may time. May kasabihan nga tayo sa English: "The Past is History, the future is a mystery, but today is a gift; that is why it is called the present". Ang nakaraan at hinaharap ay pareho lang -- nagbibigay sayo ng takot! Let go of that fear at mabuhay ka sa kasalukuyan. 
  7. Matutong Magpatawad. Ilang taon ang masasayang mo kung malalaman mo lang na ang galit mo sa isang tao ay nakakasakit lang sa yo. Hindi lang sa emosyon kundi sa kalusugan din. Ang epekto ng galit ay unti-unting kakainin ang iyong oras, pag-iisip, katawan, kaluluwa, at kung anong meron ka pa; hanggang sa isang araw ay bitter na tao ka na, puro negative na ang manggagaling sa yo. Walang humihila sayo pabalik sa sakit na iyong naranasan, maging malaya ka sa sama ng loob.. matuto kang magpatawad - para din ito sa 'yo.
  8. Iwasang Magreklamo. Lalo na sa mga bagay na hindi mo mababago. Laging may mananalong corrupt sa eleksyon, laging may tax, laging may mga driver na pasaway, laging may sisingit sa pila at nagkekwentuhan lamang na mga empleyado. Ang maganda ay nararanasan natin sa buhay ang lahat na kaya nitong ibigay sa atin: ang mabuti, masama, maganda at pangit. Ang pagkainis mo ay hihilahin ka lang pababa sa kalungkutan. Kay sarap maging tao at mabuhay sa hindi perpektong mundo - dahil itong hindi perfect na mundo makes life perfect & worth living. Hindi lahat ay perpekto, at lahat nang ito, lahat ng bagay ay nanjan para din sayo.









12 na Bagay na Pwede mong Gawin bago ka Mamatay

Bago ka man lang matigok, sana ay magawa mo ang mga bagay na ito:



  1. Mag-Ampon ng Hayop. Maraming hayop jan, aso man o pusa, ang nangangailangan ng kalinga.  
  2. Pagtagumpayan ang Takot. Kahit isa lang, subukan mong taluhin ang iyong takot. Huwag mong hayaaang pigilan ka ng iyong takot. 
  3. Gawing Panginoon at hari ng iyong buhay si Jesus. Kung hindi mo siya kilala o ayaw mong maniwala sa kanya, walang pumipilit sayo. Ngunit wala rin namang mawawala sa yo kung susubukan mo. 
  4. Maglakwartsa. Kaukulang pag- iingat lang kaibigan..
  5. Basahin yung mga libro o pocket books na pinag uusapan ng iba. Alam mo na, kung ano yung uso. 
  6. Panuorin yung mga palabas na pinag uusapan ng mga tao. Malalaman mo sa Facebook kung ano ang uso. 
  7. Lumipat sa ibang bansa... kung kaya mo, give it a chance. 
  8. Matulog sa labas (sa ilalim ng maliwanag na buwan at mga bituin). 
  9. Maging "creative". Gumawa ng kahit anong gamit o art. Example: Maghanap ng kahoy at Magkarpintero ng isang upuan. 
  10. Matuto ng ibang wika. 
  11. Magpakalbo para sa mga may cancer. O i-donate ang buhok sa kung saan. o diba. 
  12. Umakyat sa bundok.
